Enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining experience celebrating the origin of our namesake - Ibérico.
Spend the evening in our downstairs private dining area around a communal table exploring the flavours of Ibérico through 5 exceptional wines, hand carvings of the finest Jamón Ibérico, as well as a buffet selection of tapas showcasing Jamón Ibérico.

This is an evening celebrating everything the cured ham has to offer!

As this evening is showcasing the very best of Jamón Ibérico - AKA meat, we, unfortunately, wouldn't recommend Pescatarians, Vegetarians, and Vegans to join us on this occasion as we are unable to offer substitutions.
We also can not cater for other specific dietary requirements for this event.

Their company name comes from the word ‘ brindis ’, to raise one’s glass in a toast, and their work over the past 30 years has been to toast and celebrate the varied cultures, landscapes and, above all the exceptional foods of Spain.

Each ticket will secure one seat for the event night advertised.
It can not -
be used in conjunction with any other offer, as a deposit for another Bar Iberico event, be redeemed as money off a bill when dining with us individually or at our sister restaurants Iberico World Tapas or World Service Restaurant.

All guests who purchase a ticket will be seated around a long communal table in our downstairs restaurant. Whilst we have street access for disabled visitors, we do not have lift facilities to reach our lower floor.
If you would like any extra drinks or dishes these will be added as an additional cost to be paid on the night.

YOU'LL NEED

- 2 PORTIONS -

2 Chicken Breasts / 300g Chicken Thigh

300ml Buttermilk*

Cornflour (enough to coat pieces)

Sunflower Oil

250ml Spicy Jerez Sauce

GARNISH
Sesame Seeds
Chives

1 Cauliflower Head

300ml Buttermilk*

Cornflour (enough to coat pieces)

Sunflower Oil

250ml Ginger & Chilli Sauce
GARNISH
20g Smoked Almonds
Coriander

LET'S COOK!

Chop your Chicken/Cauliflower into chunks & chuck into a mixing bowl, then

pour in your cornflour & buttermilk and toss to coat.
 

Next, heat enough oil to cover each of your pieces in a shallow pan to a min. 175C.
 

Transfer your coated pieces to the pan CAREFULLY and cook until crispy and golden

- the more pieces you add to the oil, the longer they will take to cook.

(Chicken is cooked at 82C)
 

Once cooked, transfer to a bowl with kitchen paper to soak up excess oil.
 

Meanwhile, pour 250ml of our Signature Sauce into a saucepan to lightly warm.
 

Once the sauce is warm, remove kitchen paper from crispy pieces, pour over the sauce and toss until well coated.


TO SERVE
Crispy Chicken - sprinkle of sesame seeds + finely chopped chives 
Crispy Cauliflower - sprinkle of c
hopped almonds + coriander
